About the project

Energy modernization of the Krasiński Palace (Palace of the Commonwealth) at Plac Krasińskich 3/5 in Warsaw

The aim of the project is to reduce air pollutant emissions, energy consumption, and operating costs of the Commonwealth Palace and to increase energy efficiency.

The scope of the project  includes replacement of lighting installations, central heating, ventilation and air conditioning, hot water and insulation of the ceiling under unheated attic.

A BMS (Building Management System) energy management system will be installed, tasked with integrating all  building installations to effectively and economically manage the entire facility from a single location.

The project is co-financed under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014–2020 within the sub-measure 1.3.1 "Supporting Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings" priority axis I “Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014–2020: Reducing Emission in the Economy” alongside state budget funding.

The total cost of the project is PLN 12,987,028.50, with the European Funds contribution being set at PLN 7,834,316.90. The PLN 1,382,526.53 was co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
